The Unit Holders of Meezan Sovereign Fund (“MSF”) are hereby informed that the Management Company with the consent of the CDC-Trustee MSF vide letter dated November 17th, 2023 has made changes in Clause 2.2.1 of the Offering Document of the Fund by way of 8th Supplemental to the Replacement Offering Document of Meezan Sovereign Fund (MSF)
The changes shall be effective after 07 days from the publication of this Notice.
The Supplemental Offering Document of the Fund is available on website www.almeezangroup.com of the Company.
