All the concerns will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt with expected closure time. If the concerns are not addressed within stipulated timelines nor any acknowledgment is made, you may escalate your concerns to Manager-Customer Services at ‘HOD.CS@almeezangroup.com’ or you may contact on 03000208399.
You will be responded within 48 hours of the escalation. All the correspondences are effectively managed through Customer Relationship Management system for recording purpose.
