The extension in maturity has been consented by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (the Trustee) and approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Regulator) vide 21st Supplemental to the Offering Document of Meezan Strategic Allocation Fund-II Amendment in Meezan Capital Preservation Plan-VII dated May 29, 2023.
