The Unit Holders of Meezan Sovereign Fund (“MSF”) are hereby informed that the Management Company with the consent of the CDC-Trustee MSF and approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) vide letter dated April 4, 2019 has made changes in Clause 2.2.1 of the Offering Document of the Fund by way of 5th Supplemental Offering Document.
The changes shall be effective after 90 days from the publication of this Notice.
The Supplemental Offering Document of the Fund is available on website www.almeezangroup.com of the Company.
