Sales Load being charged by Collective Investment Schemes of Al Meezan

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) vide Circular No. 27/2017, dated November 8, 2017 has allowed Asset Management Companies to charge sales load on investment transactions as under;

 

  • In case the investor approaches to the asset management company directly, a sales load maximum upto 3% of the NAV per unit may be charged.

 

  • In case the transactions are carried out online or through a website, a sales load maximum upto 1.5% of the NAV per unit may be charged.

 

Accordingly the unit holders/ investors hereby informed that Al Meezan Investment Management Limited may charge sales load in the Collective Investment Schemes/ Funds under its management in accordance with the above criteria prescribed by the SECP.
