The Unit Holders of Meezan Rozana Amdani Fund (“MRAF/ Fund”) are hereby informed that the Management Company with the consent of the CDC-Trustee MRAF and approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) vide letter dated August 1, 2019 has made changes in the Offering Document of the Fund by way of 1st Supplemental Offering Document.
The changes shall be effective after 90 days from the publication of this Notice.
The 1st Supplemental Offering Document of the Fund is available on website www.almeezangroup.com of the Company.
