The Unit Holders of Meezan Islamic Income Fund (“MIIF/ the Fund”) and Meezan Sovereign Fund (“MSF”/the Fund) are hereby informed that the Management Company with the consent of the CDC-Trustee MIIF and MSF and approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) through its letter dated November 05, 2020, has made changes in the Offering Document of MIIF by way of 8th Supplemental Offering Document and MSF by way of 6th Supplemental Offering Document.
These changes shall be effective after 7 days from the publication of this Notice.
The Supplemental Offering Document of the Funds are available on website www.almeezangroup.com of the Company.
