The unit holders of Meezan Gold Fund (“MGF”), a Shariah Compliant Commodity Scheme under management of Al Meezan Investment Management Limited, are hereby informed that the Management Company with the consent of the CDC-Trustee- MGF and approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) vide letter dated March 7, 2018 has amended clause 2.1.1 of the Offering Document vide 5th Supplemental Offering Document.
The amendment in clause 2.1.1 of the document shall be effective after 90 days of the publication of this Notice.
