The Unit holders of Al Meezan Mutual Fund (“AMMF”); Meezan Islamic Fund (MIF); Meezan Balanced Fund (MBF) and Meezan Sovereign Fund (MSF) are hereby informed that the Management Company with the consent of CDC-Trustee and approval of Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) vide letter dated September 04, 2024 has made changes in the Offering Documents of the above Funds through Supplemental Offering Documents, the said changes will be effective from October 10, 2024.
The Supplemental Offering Documents of the Funds are available on the website www.almeezangroup.com of the Company.
