The Unit holders of following Funds under Management of Al Meezan Investment Management Limited (Al Meezan) are informed that, effective July 22, 2019 Management Fee in these funds will be charged as per below mentioned schedule:

| Meezan Cash Fund | 0.60% of AUM |
| Meezan Sovereign Fund | 0.60% of AUM |
| Meezan Rozana Amdani Fund | 2.00% of Gross Income |
The actual level of management fee shall be disclosed in the monthly Fund Manager’s Reports.
