We would like to inform you that after completing its 7 years of operations, the upcoming maturity of MAAP-I is due on November 24, 2022, However, the maturity has been extended for an indefinite period. During this extended period, unitholders can redeem or convert their investment anytime without any exit charges/ penalty or contingent load. The extension in maturity has been consented by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (Custodian/Trustee) and approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Regulator/SECP) vide Sixth Supplemental to the Fourth Supplementary Offering Document dated November 01, 2022 of Meezan Financial Planning Fund of Funds (MFPF).
