We would like to inform you that the third maturity of MSAP-V which was due on 19 October, 2021 after completing its 4 years of operations has been extended for another term of one year till 19 October, 2022. During this extended period, you can redeem or convert your investment anytime without any exit charges/ penalty or contingent load. The extension in maturity has been consented by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (Custodian/Trustee) and approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Regulator) through its letter dated August 30, 2021, wherein it acceded to the Management Company’s request submitted to it vide Third Supplemental to the Fourth Supplementary Offering Document of MSAF.
