We would like to inform you that after completing its 6 years of operations, the upcoming maturity of MSAP-I is due on December 02, 2022.However, the maturity has been extended for an indefinite period. During this extended period, unitholders can redeem or convert their investment anytime without any exit charges/ back end load / penalty or contingent load. The extension in maturity has been consented by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan (Custodian/Trustee) and approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (Regulator/SECP) vide Eleventh Supplemental to the Offering Document dated November 21, 2022 of Meezan Strategic Allocation Fund (MSAF).
