In case of any issue with the mutual fund/pension fund, investors are advised to lodge a complaint with SECP: www.SECP.gov.pk/Complaintform1.asp , or alternatively, it can be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org

All the concerns will be acknowledged within 24 hours of receipt with expected closure time. If the concerns are not addressed within stipulated timelines nor any acknowledgment is made, you may escalate your concerns to the Head of Customer Services at ‘HOD.CS@almeezangroup.com’
You will be responded within 48 hours of the escalation. All the correspondences are effectively managed through Customer Relationship Management system for recording purpose.
